Begin your vacation with a pleasant flight to Fukuoka, Japan.

Upon arriving in Fukuoka, head to Kumamoto Castle, one of Japan's most iconic and designated national treasure castles. Next, head to Suizenji Jojuen Garden, a traditional Japanese garden famous for its meticulously landscaped ponds and scenic walking paths.

Seasonal Bonus: Enjoy fruit picking at Kichijien Tourist Farm. Pick Strawberries from mid-December to mid-May, Grapes from July to September, Apples from August to November, Pears from mid-August to mid-October, Persimmons from mid-October to mid-November & Tangerines from mid-September to mid-November.

Today, let’s explore Sogi Falls Park, a serene oasis with waterfalls and lush greenery, perfect for nature lovers. Then, we visit Sengan-en Garden, blending historical architecture, beautiful gardens, and ocean views, offering a glimpse into Japan's culture. Sakurajima Volcano provides a thrilling natural spectacle for adventurers and geology enthusiasts, with opportunities for hiking and sightseeing in volcanic landscapes. Before dinner, discover Kagoshima Tenmonkan Street, a lively shopping district.

Embark on a ferry journey to Sakurajima Volcano, a captivating natural wonder renowned for its active volcanic activity. Explore the Yunohira Observatory, offering panoramic views of Kagoshima City and the calm waters of Kinko Bay. Afterwards, discover the unique flavours of Kurozu Kakuida at Sakamoto Kurozu Tsubobatake, a factory shop and storage facility of a variety of artisanal amber rice vinegars. Thereafter make your way to Aoshima-jinja Shrine, an island shrine nestled within a tropical forest.

In the morning, head to Takachiho Gorge, a spectacular gorge in northern Miyazaki, formed over 100,000 years ago after eruptions from nearby volcano Mt. Aso. Next, visit Kuju Flower Park for seasonal flower viewing during spring to autumn seasons. (Note: In winter from mid-November to March, it will be replaced with a visit to Kokonoe Suspension Bridge for a leisurely stroll, enjoying stunning views of mountains and valleys along the 390-meter-long bridge). Conclude the day with a therapeutic hot sand bath in Beppu, immersing yourself in warm sands known for their healing properties and relaxation benefits.

After breakfast, head to Umi Jigoku, or the Sea Hell, a renowned hot spring in Beppu. Next, visit Yufuin Floral Village, a charming shopping area filled with boutique stores, cafes, and souvenir shops. Wander through its quaint streets and discover unique gifts and local crafts. Then, take a stroll around Kinrin Lake, known for its tranquil atmosphere and reflective waters. Proceed to Mojiko Station, a landmark of the Mojiko area, built in 1914 and designated as an Important National Cultural Property.

After breakfast, stop for photos at Kokura Castle, which is a reconstruction of a samurai mansion and a lord’s garden from the Edo period, and Shiro Terrace, where souvenirs can be bought. Next, visit the 100-year-old Tanga Market, well-known as the ‘kitchen of Kitakyushu’ and features about 120 shops selling seafood and prepared foods packed into the relatively small block that makes up the market, including a handful of restaurants. Before dinner, indulge in some shopping at The Outlet Kitakyushu, a popular destination offering a wide range of international and domestic brands at discounted prices.

Today, we'll visit Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, a historic Shinto shrine dedicated to Sugawara no Michizane, the deity of learning. Then, head to Maizuru Park in Fukuoka city, known for its beauty and historical significance. Marvel at the ruins of Fukuoka Castle while enjoying panoramic city views. Lastly, explore the vibrant Tenjin Shopping District, one of Fukuoka's most popular areas, bustling with department stores, boutiques, specialty shops, and trendy café.
