Inside the 1004 Islands Stone Art Museum, discover a collection of 1,400 donated stones, while the World Shell Museum showcases shells and marine life from oceans worldwide. Next, venture to the Jeungdo Salt Museum for an immersive salt farm experience. Learn about the history, culture, and properties of salt, as well as the daily lives of salt artisans and the sea salt production process. Continue your adventure at Time Travel Village, where you'll encounter a plethora of Japanese architectural marvels. Spared from the ravages of war, this area offers a glimpse into history with its well-preserved sites. Among them is the culturally significant Hirotsu House, a designated Cultural Heritage site. This two-story Japanese timber home retains its original roof, outer walls, interior, and garden, providing a picturesque oasis amidst serene surroundings.
