Meals On Board
Upon arrival, make your way to Safranbolu. Visit to Hidirlik Hill, offers a panoramic view of the town of Safranbolu and it’s situated at an elevation, provides a picturesque vantage point to admire the red-tiled rooftops, narrow cobblestone streets, and the rolling hills of the region. Next, stroll the old town district of Cars is a UNESCO protected site, where narrow cobblestone alleyways wind up the hillside, lined by squeezed-together Ottoman timber-framed mansions. Tonight, experience the enchantment of Safranbolu, a charming Turkish Town where you will reside in authentic Ottoman era houses.
Lunch / Dinner
This morning, we will journey to Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Explore the impressive Ataturk Mausoleum, the burial site of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, recognized as the "Father of Modern Turkey." Following this, resume our travel to Cappadocia, passing through the breathtaking Salt Lake along the way.

Discover the Underground City of Kaymakli, among the most extensive subterranean cities believed to have originated during the Hittite era. Then, wander through the ancient cave churches carved into rocks and admire the remarkable biblical frescoes at the Göreme Open-air Museum. Capture scenic moments at Pigeon Valley and the base of Uçhisar Castle, where an ancient village features small homes carved into immense rocks. Along the way, take a break at the Carpet Factory and explore the Ceramic and Pottery Showroom. In the evening, delight in a performance featuring Belly and Folklore Dance.

Start your day by journeying to Pamukkale via Konya, the renowned former capital of the Seljuk Turks during the 12th and 13th centuries. Stop at Obruk Han, a han perched on a cliff overlooking a petite crater lake, known as Obruk ("Sinkhole" Lake). This vivid turquoise lake was created by a land collapse and is about 30 meters deep. Continue to Pamukkale, where you can relax and indulge in a hot thermal pool.

After breakfast, proceed to visit the extensive ruins of Hierapolis. Here, you will also get to enter the unique Cotton Castle, a stunning World Heritage site made up of fascinating white terraces and pools created by calcareous hot spring water flowing down the mountain. Continue to Ephesus, an ancient Roman city and visit the Grand Theatre, the Library of Celsus and Marble Street. Next, we will make a short visit to check out some Leather Products that Turkey is famous for.

Explore the historic city of Pergamon, where you can explore the Ancient Acropolis featuring significant sites such as the Altar of Zeus, the Sanctuary of Athena, the Library of Pergamum, the Roman theatre, and Arsenals. Following this, venture to the ruins of ancient Troy, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage archaeological site, and see the reconstruction of the iconic wooden Trojan horse.

Drive across the 1915 Canakkale Bridge, recognized as the world's longest suspension bridge, to return to Istanbul. Upon arrival, make your way to Hippodrome Square, the hub of sports and political events in ancient byzantines capital, Constantinople, which is present day Turkey. Marvel at the intricate interior design and unique blue tiles of the Blue Mosque, a significant religious complex in Istanbul. Admire Hagia Sophia from the exterior, one of the great architectural marvels of the ancient world. Next, visit the covered Grand Bazaar, one or the world’s largest indoor markets. (Note: The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays and might aiso be closed, with or without notice, during Turkish local holidays, religious holidays, or local events.) Conclude your evening with a delightful dinner at the well-known Galata Bridge Fish Restaurant.

Begin your day to visit the Topkapi Palace, once the seat of the Ottoman Empire. Next, head to Balat, one of the oldest and most spectacular districts of Istanbul with some wooden houses over 200 years old. Visit Taksim Square, named for its location near a Taksim (branching-point) when it was laid out in the late 1800s. Afterward, you have the option to spend some free time exploring the city or consider taking an optional Bosphorus cruise (at your own expense) to enjoy the unique experience of cruising between the two continents of Asia and Europe. (Note: For 10D7N itinerary, group will transfer to airport for your flight home)
