 Begin your vacation with a pleasant flight to Shanghai, the largest and most popular city in China. Upon arrival, coach on to Wuxi to visit 【Lingshan Grand Buddha】. The 1300-year-old Xiang Fu Temple is 88m high Buddha statue was built of bronze consuming 700 tons of the material. It is one of the landmarks of Wuxi. Then, visit 【Fan Palace】. It costs nearly 1,600 million RMB to build, hence the name - the “Oriental Louvre”. Next, visit 【Lihu Lake Park】one of the most famous scenic spots here. There is a long embankment with willows, a long corridor beside the water, delicate and small bridges and gorgeous pavilions. Wherever you stand, you will see a beautiful picture. The park was built in 1927 and was named after Fan Li, a famous politician, strategist and economist in Chinese history. The love between Fan Li and Xishi (one of the famous Four Beauties of Ancient China) is a theme of the park.

Dinner

After breakfast, continue the journey to explore Hangzhou and view【Qiangtang River】along the way (exterior) while on the coach. Upon arrival, you will 【enjoy a cruise tour around the famous WEST LAKE】and places of interest include: ‘Duanqiao Canxue’ (Melted Snow on Broken Bridge) and viewing fish at Huagang (Flora Harbour) Park.

This morning, move on to Shaoxing ; also known as the 'City of Waters,' 'City of Bridges,' 'City of Calligraphy,' 'City of Tea,' and 'City of Scholars.' It is famous for its history and culture. Proceed to visit the【Residence of Lu-Xun 】. Thereafter, explore 【Cheong Town 】, one of the four famous ancient towns of Shaoxing.

After breakfast, proceed to Zhujiajian pier to embark ferry to 【Putuoshan】. (*suggest to carry small overnight bag) . Putuoshan is an island southeast of Shanghai in Zhoushan prefecture of Zhejiang province, China . It is a renowned site in Chinese Buddhism and is considerer the Bodhimanda of Avalokitesvare (Guanyin) , a revered Bodhisattva in many parts of East Asia. Mount Putuo is one of the four sacred mountains in Chinese Buddhism, the others being Mt.Wutai, Mt.Jiuhua and Mt.Emei .It was said that men were trying to concoct and find the elixir of Life more than 2,000 years ago and during the Tang Dynasty, Guanyin, the Bodhisattva of Mercy preached in this mountain. Upon arrival, proceed to visit【Fayu Temple】 which is famous for its ancient architecture, delicate wood carvings and inscribed calligraphy by ancient emperors. Lastly, visit【Thousand Step Sand】and【Huiji Temple】 (Includes cable car ride).

Today, continue to explore Putuoshan. Proceed to visit one of three of the most famous monasteries 【Puji Temple】,covering a floor area of 11,400 sq km is the principal temple on Mount Putuo, where Guanyin, the Bodhisattva is enshrined and worshipped. In the temple are the Grand Yuantong Hall and the Hall of Guanyin Buddha. It is in this temple that the most solemn Buddhist ceremonies are held. Continue to【Purple Bamboo Forest】 and【The Grand Guanyin Buddha. Thereafter, proceed to the ferry terminal* and head to Ningbo. Upon arrival, visit【Tianyi Square】.

Take a coach ride along 【Hangzhou Bay Bridge】, the longest bay bridge in the world. Continue our journey to Shanghai. Upon arrival, visit the Shanghai 【Bund】and【Nanjing Street】for shopping!
