  • After breakfast, start our walking tour along the road and down to the valley by steps for about 5km. While walking to the Cat Cat H’mong Village, you will have the opportunity to see the locals working at the paddy fields and view their animals such as chickens, water-buffaloes and pot-bellied pigs. You can also see the old hydro-electric power station which was built by the French in the early 20th Century and the beautiful waterfall that is a good place to rest and taking great photos. Transfer to take Muong Hoa Train to the cable car station for the ride up hill to visit Fansipan Mountain, the highest in Indochina and nicknamed “Rooftop of Indochina”. The cable car system of Fansipan Legend is one of the highest, longest and most modern system of its type in the world. It has been recognized by the Guinness World Records organization with two records: the longest non-stop three-rope cable car: 6292,5m and the greatest elevation difference by a non-stop three-roped cable car: 1410m. Once up there, you may take the tram ride (02 ways) to the Peak of Fansipan which is the highest point in South East Asia.
Note: The walking tour takes about 3 hours, some paths with slippery terrain. Need to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring layered clothing.

  • This morning, visit Silver Waterfall. Unlike other tourist attractions of Sapa, the Silver Waterfall is located 12kms from the center of Sapa, making it rather quiet and peaceful. Although it may take quite some time to get to the waterfall, at the end of the journey, you will find the distance is absolutely worthy. Then, visit Rong May Glass Bridge (Dragon in Cloud Glass Bridge). At the height of more than 2000m above sea level, the view from Sapa Glass Bridge is absolutely stunning. Besides, the Glass Bridge is about 60m far from the cliff bringing the 360o panorama fantastic view. You may consider an optional visit to Moana, the hottest Instagram-worthy photo spot with many ingenious designs, including 7 beautiful check-in points (at your own expense). After lunch then transfer back to Hanoi then have dinner at a local restaurant.

  • Head south to Ninh Binh province (~2hrs drive along Highway One) and enjoy views of the daily life of the Vietnamese people in the countryside. After lunch at a local restaurant, find peace at the famous Bai Dinh Pagoda, nestled in a quiet forest with fanciful scenery that makes you feel like living in fairy land. Afterward, drive to Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex. Go on board the boat for a peaceful river cruise to explore Trang An grottoes such as Light Cave, Dark Cave, Cooking Rice Wine Cave, etc. The river is so clear that you can almost see to the bottom of it and understand why many called Trang An the "Ha Long Bay on Land". Later, return to Hanoi and have dinner at a local restaurant.
